2. Take care of your laptop with care as avoid damage to the polymers which has lithium ion battery. Keep the laptop turned off when you are travelling and try to carry it in a case or bag.

3. Try to keep the laptop always cool and also keep it on a flat hard surface to make the cooling fans operating efficiently. When you are using the AC power for a long time, remove battery from the laptop.

4. In case the laptop gets extremely hot and then bursts into flames, avoid using water as it will be an electrical fire. Keep the laptop plugged into a surge protector on the AC power as it can help a combusting laptop.
